Our founder is a serving airline captain with over 12 years of flying experience, bringing extensive operational knowledge and a deep understanding of modern airline procedures. Driven by a passion for aviation education, the academy was established to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world airline operations.

With 24 years of experience in airline operations and management, Vinod Mehra contributes invaluable expertise in aviation administration, operational excellence, and industry best practices, helping build a strong foundation for aspiring aviation professionals.
Chief Flight & Ground Instructor
A distinguished aviation professional with 19 years of service in the Indian Air Force, Capt. Siddharth Pradhan is a Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI) and an experienced Ground Instructor. He holds a Ph.D. in Defence & Strategic Studies and is a recipient of the prestigious Three-Star Flight Safety Award. Having flown advanced fighter aircraft including the MiG and Jaguar, he brings exceptional instructional expertise, operational discipline, and leadership to the academy.
Cadet Pilot Programme Instructor
Capt. Kunal Agarwal specializes in preparing aspiring pilots for airline cadet selection programmes. His expertise includes CASS/ADAPT aptitude preparation, RTR examination coaching, interview guidance, group discussions, and airline selection strategies, enabling students to confidently compete in highly competitive recruitment processes.
Senior Technical Instructor
Our senior technical instructor brings 27 years of experience in airline technical training, specializing in Airbus A320 and ATR aircraft systems. Having served as a Ground Instructor at Air India CTE, Hyderabad, he has trained numerous airline pilots and is recognized for delivering technically comprehensive and industry-relevant instruction.
